Delhi govt further eases curbs from June 28: Check what's allowed, what isn't
Gymnasiums and yoga institutes in the city will be permitted to open with up to 50 per cent capacity.

As the positivity rate dropped to 0.12 percent in Delhi, the state government has eased curbs after pleas from gym and banquet hall owners. The new relaxations will come into effect from 5 am on June 28.
What's allowed?
In continuation to the existing relaxation of marriages in courts or at home with a ceiling of 20 people with strict compliance of COVID appropriate behaviour, it is now permitted at banquet halls, marriage halls, hotels with a ceiling of 50 persons also subject to strict compliance of COVID Appropriate Behaviour.
Owners of banquet halls, marriage halls and hotels will be responsible for ensuring strict compliance of COVID-19-appropriate behaviour like wearing of face masks and social distancing. "In case, any violation is found strict penal/criminal action will be taken against the owner of the premises as well as against the individual and the premises will be sealed forthwith," the Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) warned.
Gymnasiums and yoga institutes in the city will be permitted to open with up to 50 per cent capacity, and owners of these facilities will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Covid-appropriate behaviour on the premises.
Other relaxations including restaurants were allowed to open from last week with 50 percent capacity. Market complexes, malls were also permitted to open from 10 am to 8 pm.
Schools, colleges and other educational institutions will remain closed. Swimming pools, sports complexes and stadia are not permitted to open.
Cinemas, theatres and multiplexes, business-to-business exhibitions will not be open. Banquet halls for any purpose other than marriages will also remain prohibited. Entertainment and amusement parks will also remain closed.
All these restrictions and prohibitions in the national capital will continue till July 5, the DDMA order said.
The national capital on June 26 reported 85 new cases and nine deaths. The active case count has declined to 1,598.
