Hitachi Energy India announced a final dividend of Rs 6.00 per share (300%) on May 14, 2025, with an effective date of August 13, 2025. Earlier dividends include Rs 4.00 per share (200%) on May 21, 2024, effective August 14, 2024, and Rs 3.40 per share (170%) on May 24, 2023, effective August 10, 2023.
The company has also scheduled a shareholder meeting or postal ballot, as per the notice released on August 21, 2025.
