Sell NTPC, Bharti Infratel; buy Tata Steel, Sun TV, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries: Sudarshan Sukhani

Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "The sell calls are intraday only which is usually what I do. NTPC is seeing a significant and serious decline after that rally and the decline is more or less step-by-step, lower highs, lower-lows and that is a short sell."

"Bharti Infratel where something has been messed up, the stock is already in the mini-bear market of its own and that is a short sell."

"Tata Steel is a buying opportunity, it is consolidating and yesterday it had a narrow range day. Even if it breaks below yesterday’s low, that doesn’t mean anything. I would only be a buyer here. Just wait patiently for the first hour, so that you know that the market is stabilising and then buy it."

"Sun TV has a similar pattern, a nice rally and a small correction. Yesterday was a good day for Sun TV. So I am assuming that the uptrend would start again."

"Sun Pharmaceutical Industries has an excellent chart, so irrespective of what the market does, I think you should be looking at this as an investing idea or a position trading idea and of course a trade today," he added.

"ITC and Bajaj Auto are both buying opportunities and ahead of the Budget I think traders should be considering going long in them."

"I would think BEL is a buying opportunity, so this decline will come and Jain Irrigation is best avoided.
