Godrej Properties Ltd announced the sale of approximately 650 homes worth over Rs 2,000 crore in the Godrej Jardinia project, located in Sector 146, Noida. This marks GPL's most successful launch in Noida by sales value.

Following the success of Godrej Tropical Isle last year, this marks the fourth launch Rs 2000+ crore sales in NCR in the past year. Sector 146 is a growing residential area with access to key infrastructure such as the Noida SEZ, entertainment hubs, Film City, Jewar Airport, the metro, Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, and Yamuna Expressway.
Godrej Properties acquired 10 land parcels, eight outright, last financial year to develop housing projects worth over Rs 21,000 crore. For the current fiscal year, the company aims to purchase more parcels to generate sales bookings of Rs 20,000 crore. In a recent investor presentation, Godrej Properties had stated that it added 10 new projects with an expected future booking value of Rs 21,225 crore. Last fiscal year, the company had set a guidance of Rs 15,000 crore for new business development, involving land acquisitions both outright and through joint development with landowners.
