The Manipur Board of Education (COHSEM) has released the much-awaited Higher Secondary (Class 12th) examination results today, May 13, 2024.

The results has been announced on the official website of COHSEM, manresults.nic.in and students can access their results by searching by roll number or name on the COHSEM official website.

Manipur board class 12 exams for Science, Arts, and Commerce culminated in March this year, after kicking off in February. With the tests behind them, students are now eagerly awaiting their results, hoping to find their names among the top scorers. The official rankings will likely be available online soon.

Steps to access Manipur board class 12 results online:

1) Head to the COHSEM Board Manipur website, manresults.nic.in/.

2)  Once you're on the website, keep an eye out for a section dedicated to results. It might be labelled "Results," "Examinations,"

3) Within the results section, look for a link mentioning "HSE Class 12 Results" or something similar that allows you to search by roll number or name.

4)  Click on the designated link. You'll likely be directed to a page where you can enter your roll number.

5) Once you submit your roll number, your individual results page should appear. This page will display your marks for each subject and your overall exam status (pass/fail).

6) If you'd like a physical copy of your results, you can use the print function on your web browser to save a printout for your records.

According to PTI, unrest in Manipur disrupted final exams for thousands of students. Over 5,000 students were unable to take their Class 12 exams this year compared to last, with the total number of test-takers dropping to just over 31,000.

Officials attributed the decline to the ongoing tensions in the state. The Council of Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate Exams (COHSEM) were also forced to reduce the number of testing centers from 120 to 111.
