I checked the Unitech website and reviewed all 7 pages related to the upcoming e-auction scheduled for 29th and 30th January 2026. Based on the base rate per square yard and the total size available for sale, the approximate base amount works out to ₹390 crore. Depending on demand and the number of bidders, the auction proceeds could realistically fetch between ₹550 crore and ₹1,000 crore. The total payment for the winning bids will need to be completed by end of June 2026. The next circuit revision is scheduled for 5th February 2026, and will be effective from 6th February 2026. If the e-auction is highly successful, the stock could move into upper circuits. Market operators have been observed accumulating shares over the last 3 months at an average price of around ₹7. Based on this accumulation and potential auction success, the share price could reach approximately ₹15 by June 2026. View more
