Shweta Tiwari, known for successful shows like Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Parvarrish, Mere Dad Ki Dulhan, and Main Hoon Aparajita, opened up about her current fitness routine, which includes a mix of different forms of exercise, on Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachiyaa’s podcast on YouTube.
The actress shared that she has recently taken to Pilates, but walks and a bit of weight training are still part of her routine. She also admitted that she hasn’t been as regular and needs to recommit to her schedule.
She said, “I have started doing Pilates; it’s been about two months now. I go for walks and do a bit of weight training. It’s limited at the moment, but I will be back.”

When asked if she practices yoga, Shweta replied, “Whenever I try to do yoga and close my eyes, I start thinking, ’Oh, my conditioner is over, my laundry guy hasn’t come, my paint needs to be redone, which bills are overdue,’ and other such thoughts.”
Shweta has always been fitness conscious and shed 10 kgs after her second pregnancy to fit into her character’s shoes for a new show. In an Instagram post, she detailed how she was initially too busy with her new mom duties, and what really helped her shed the weight was following a diet by nutritionist Kinita Kadakia Patel.

She added that only later did Kinita incorporate strenuous exercise into her routine. “I really am lucky that I found her when I did because she’s truly accommodated all my cheat days into a plan that’s overall very beneficial and still very fun to devour on a day-to-day basis. I’m never bored of my diet and always looking forward to my next meal, and that’s key,” wrote Shweta.
That’s why Shweta continues to rule hearts even in her 40s. She remains one of the hottest and most fashionable television stars, with her Instagram photoshoots widely admired by fans.
