Among the many talking points that followed, one stood out and captivated audiences — the identity of Purav Jha’s rumoured girlfriend, Dr Rakshita Singh.

Far from the world of reality television, Dr Rakshita is a force in her own right. She is a young woman from a small town in Haryana, who rose to become a beloved NEET-UG mentor by offering high-quality, free education through her YouTube channel and Unacademy — a true anomaly in today's paywalled EdTech world.

As per Hindustan Times, her journey began in 2020, during her first year of MBBS, when she quietly launched a YouTube channel to teach NEET aspirants.

Despite limited support and even mockery from some college seniors, Dr Rakshita pressed on, determined to help students navigate one of India’s most competitive exams.

Her videos, which now garner lakhs of views and live audiences of over 15,000 students, break down complex topics with practical strategies and relatable motivation.

Apoorva and Purav sat down to discuss their journey on the show and their joint reaction to the finale in an interview with HT.

Apoorva said, “I was very heartbroken when Purav got out. I truly, in my heart, believed that he was going to win this game. Even when I came out and got to know that Purav was the traitor, I was in shock for 20 minutes. Like this cannot happen! I must have told Jannat [Zubair Rahmani] around 50 times that she must have gotten the wrong information and that her sources were not correct. Then for the next 10 minutes, I cursed myself. He used to look into my eyes and say that he is not the traitor! Then I realized that if he had to lie so much, then he must have really wanted it also, and he really deserved it.”
