Video captures final moments before fatal car crash that killed Pankaj Tripathi's brother-in-law on the highway

Pankaj Tripathi's brother died in a road accident on Sunday.

A very disturbing video has surfaced online of the fatal accident that claimed the life of Pankaj Tripathi's brother-in-law, Rajesh Tiwari, and critically injured his sister, Sarita Tiwari. The actor's brother-in-law Rajesh Tiwari was in the driver's seat with his wife, Sarita Tiwari, at the time of the tragic accident.

In the video, which is CCTV footage of the area, one can see that a Maruti Swift that Rajesh was driving loses control and rams into a divider in the busy Nirsa street market on the Grand Trunk (GT) in Nirsa, Jharkhand.

According to reports, the accident occurred at 4.30 pm on Saturday at Nirsa Bazar on the Delhi-Kolkata National Highway.

Rajesh was an employee of the Indian Railways and was posted in Chittaranjan town in West Bengal.

He and his wife Sarita were headed to his posting town from Kamalpur in Gopalganj, Bihar, when the tragic incident claimed his life and left his wife critically injured.

Rajesh Tiwari was rushed to the hospital, where he died during treatment at Dhanbad Medical College Hospital.

Whereas Pankaj Tripathi's sister, Sarita Tiwari, is critically injured and is undergoing treatment in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU) at the Dhanbad Medical College Hospital.

Sarita has reportedly suffered severe injuries and is fighting for her life, and doctors are treating her to stabilise her condition.

Reports suggest that Pankaj Tripathi had already left for Bihar to be with his family in this hour of crisis.

On the work front, Pankaj Tripathi will be seen in 'Mirzapur 3' and 'Stree 2'. He was recently seen in 'Murder Mubarak' as a police officer, which was released on OTT.
