“Right after the articles were published, I called Kim Do Hoon,” she said, smiling. “We spent about three minutes laughing nonstop as soon as we spoke. I even laughed a lot while talking with the director. From our perspective, this shows how much attention people are giving us, and I just hope the project does well.”

Her response quickly became a talking point among fans, who praised her calm and good-natured approach to handling the speculation. The actress’ co-stars Kim Young Dae and Lee Yeol Eum, along with the show’s director Lee Eung Bok, known for hits like Descendants of the Sun and Sweet Home, were also present at the event and joined in the lighthearted banter.

The show follows Baek Ah Jin, a top Korean actress who hides behind a carefully constructed public image, selling lies to survive in the ruthless entertainment industry. The psychological thriller will premiere on November 6.
