Heidi Klum’s jaw-dropping Medusa transformation for Halloween 2025 takes over the internet

Her full-body snakeskin suit, complete with a long tail, perfectly captured the mythical Gorgon’s essence.

As Hollywood stars went all out for Halloween, Heidi Klum once again stole the spotlight with another spectacular transformation — this time appearing as Medusa at her famous annual Halloween party.

Klum hosted her 24th Halloween celebration, presented by Butterfinger and Huluween on Disney+, at The Venue on Music Row in the Hard Rock Hotel, New York. She arrived in an elaborate costume featuring a moving snake headpiece, sharp fangs, and a forked tongue.

Her full-body snakeskin suit, complete with a long tail, perfectly captured the mythical Gorgon’s essence. Beside her was husband Tom Kaulitz, dressed as a knight turned to stone in battle with Medusa. Klum playfully posed for photographers, aiming her bow and arrow at Kaulitz and flashing her fangs for dramatic effect.

Heidi teased her Instagram followers with glimpses of her transformation throughout Friday, leading up to the big reveal. She gave fans a glimpse into the process of making her life-size costume by sharing behind-the-scenes photos of the application of prosthetic parts and fangs.

Mike Marino, a prosthetic makeup artist who recently won an Emmy for his work on The Penguin, reunited with Klum. Their collaborations have helped make her Halloween looks some of the most talked about in the entertainment world.

In a video she posted earlier showing the making of her E.T. costume from last year, Klum reminisced about how her legendary Halloween parties began. “It all started about 25 years ago when I was searching for a party in New York City and thought, ‘I guess I’ll just have to create my own,’” she said with a laugh. She also admitted that the pressure to outdo her previous looks gives her sleepless nights every year, adding, “I always hope it works out.”

Over the years, Heidi Klum’s Halloween party has become one of the most anticipated events of the season. Known for her bold creativity, she has transformed into characters like E.T., a peacock, Fiona from Shrek, Jessica Rabbit, and even a worm — proving that when it comes to Halloween, no one does it quite like Heidi.
