Pawan Kalyan starrer ‘OG’ has created much hype ever since it was first announced by the makers. Its trailer has further intensified the excitement round the revenge drama starring Pawan and Emraan Hashmi.
As per the latest speculations, OG has got an A certificate from the censor board. Although the makers have not announced yet.
A censor certificate circulating on social media reveals that Sujeeth’s film has been rated ‘A’ (Adults Only) by the Censor Board of Film Certification due to its intense violence and gritty action sequences.
According to 123 Telugu, several cuss words in OG have been muted following the board’s guidelines. This decision aligns with the trailer, which had already hinted at a darker and grittier storyline.

The censor certificate confirms that the film’s official runtime is 154 minutes (2 hours and 34 minutes), a length well-suited for a large-scale, star-driven project.
While many fans expressed excitement about the release, some viewers raised concerns, especially those who had booked family-friendly tickets, as the certificate suggested the film might not be suitable for children.
One fan wrote, "Please open premier show tkts brother." Another one wrote, "Descent runtime." A fan pointed out, "Kids allowed a bro? Booked for entire family.. A ante contemplating to take kids or not."
OG features a star-studded cast, with Priyanka Mohan in the female lead role and Emraan Hashmi playing the main antagonist. The film also features Sriya Reddy, Prakash Raj, Arjun Das, and Subhaleka Sudhakar in crucial roles. The film is set to release worldwide on September 25, 2025.
OG is directed by Sujeeth and backed by D. V. V. Danayya's DVV Entertainment.
According to reports, the much-anticipated film has been made on a huge budget of Rs 250 crore.
