Ace cricketer Virat Kohli took some time out to be with his family and was snapped with wife Anushka Sharma for a dinner date with friends. Virat and Anushka were joined by former cricketer Zaheer Khan and his actress-entrepreneur wife Sagarika Ghatge. Virat Kohli is going to leave for the USA and join Indian team for the T20 World Cup.
Both the actresses were dressed in casuals - while Anushka was in an oversized white shirt and jeans, Sagarika wore beige sleeveless top with broad pants. Virat hugged Sagarika and Zaheer as they left after the dinner.
Virat Kohli was seen in black t shirt, beige pants and wore his signature glasses.
Anushka and Virat welcomed their second child - a boy - whom they have named Akaay earlier this year. The couple is never spotted in the public eye with their kids - Vamika and Akaay.
Virat has told in an interview that both he and Anushka want to protect the privacy of their personal life and also keep their kids away from media glare.
Vamika is never seen in the public eye and the couple makes sure to ask photographers to not click the kids.
As a gesture of thanks to the paparazzi, Anushka and Virat had sent special gifts for the photographers for not clicking their children and respecting their decision.
Virat was seen playing for Royal Challengers Bangalore in Indian Premier League 2024, which wrapped up recently. KKR won the IPL 2024 after a gap of 10 years.
Talking about Virat Kohli, he is all set to leave for he USA on May 30 th and will join the team there. India team has already started training as two batches of players have already reached the States. Virat is likely to miss the warm up match against Bangladesh on June 1.
Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant, Kuldeep Yadav, Shivam Dube, Axar Patel and Mohammed Siraj are already in the US and have started with their training.
