Hrithik Roshan’s ex-wife, Sussanne Khan, lost her beloved mother, Zarine Khan, on Friday, November 7. Paying a heartfelt tribute, Sussanne took to social media to remember her mother with an emotional post.
Zarine Khan passed away at her Mumbai residence after battling age-related health issues. She was 81 years old. Sharing an old, touching video with her mother, Sussanne wrote, “My Bestestttttt Friend, My God, My Life… Our Beautiful Mummy… you are always going to be our Guiding Light… You taught us all to live life our own way—with grace and love. If we can be even half as amazing as you were, our lives will be happy. We love you beyond love, beyond life… until we meet again to laugh and dance together. You teach the angels in heaven how to love… they’re lucky to have you. P.S. You took all our hearts with you.”
In the emotional video, Sussanne referred to her mother as her “God” and “life,” while sharing glimpses of their cherished family memories.
Celebrities such as Kareena Kapoor, Riddhima Kapoor, Raveena Tandon, Sonal Chauhan, Abhay Deol, Huma Qureshi, Maheep Kapoor, Rhea Chakraborty, and Karishma Tanna extended their love and condolences in the comments.

Her last rites were attended by close family and friends, including Sussanne’s former husband Hrithik Roshan, Aly Goni, and Saba Azad. A prayer meet in Zarine’s memory is scheduled to be held on Monday, November 10, at JW Marriott in Mumbai.
