Malayalam actor Mukesh who is accused of sexual assault denies allegations, says, "Minu Muneer tried to blackmail me"

Malayalam actor and CPM MLA Mukesh recently responded to serious allegations of sexual and physical abuse made against him by actress Minu Muneer. Mukesh strongly denied these accusations, claiming that Minu Muneer is attempting to blackmail him. "There is no basis in the allegations. An objective investigation is inevitable. Only then will the public realize the reality," Mukesh stated in response to the claims made against him.

The controversy began when Minu Muneer accused Mukesh of sexual and physical abuse, prompting a widespread media and public response. Mukesh claims that the next time Minu contacted him was in 2022, asking for financial assistance. He alleges that her husband then contacted him, demanding Rs 1 lakh and threatening to blackmail him if he did not pay. Mukesh stated, "They tried to blackmail me into paying the amount. I still have the WhatsApp messages they sent me, which will be provided as evidence if required."

Mukesh expressed his intention to take legal action against Minu Muneer, stating that he does not intend to give in to what he describes as baseless threats. He emphasized that he has no complaints against the opposition parties for their demands for his resignation but maintains his innocence and commitment to revealing the truth through the legal process.
