If reports are to be believed, '90s star Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja are headed for a divorce. After 37 years of marriage, the couple has reportedly decided to officially part ways. They have yet to confirm or deny the news.

Govinda and Sunita are known for keeping their personal life away from the spotlight. However, whenever the two make a public appearance, they leave fans in awe. Their bold and carefree humour is loved by many. But, it seems the couple's marriage is now facing trouble. The pair, who were rumoured to have been living separately for some time, has reportedly decided to officially end their marriage.

After nearly four decades together, they are said to be heading for a divorce. According to unverified reports, their marriage has hit rock bottom amid frequent quarrels and disgareement over each other' lifestyles.

Rumours are also rife that the Partnet star's growing closeness to his 30-year-old Marathi co-star played a part in their split as per reports of Bollywood Now and Telly Masala. However, Moneycontrol was unable to verify the speculations.

Earlier this year, Sunita left everyone shocked when she revealed that she doesn't live with Govinda in the same house.

The Hero No 1 actor lives in his bungalow while his wife and kids stay in a flat opposite the residence. After the revelation sparked speculations of separation, Sunita clarified in an interview with Shirdi Today, "Nobody can separate us. I have a lot of fun with him. There are people who want to break homes more than outsiders. I won't let anyone break homes. I will win because Baba is with me.”

Recently, she made headlines for sharing that she prefers celebrating her birthday alone.
