Anushka Sharma recently enjoyed a weekend getaway to Alibaug with her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli. The couple made the trip on Sunday to their home in Alibaug, but Anushka returned to Mumbai alone early on Monday morning, most probably for her work commitments.
On Monday, Anushka was seen arriving at the Gateway of India by speedboat, looking calm and composed despite the attention. She wore a simple black t-shirt and white pyjamas, making her look effortlessly stylish. To add a little glamour to her casual outfit, she wore trendy sunglasses and carried a sleek black handbag.
In a video shared on social media, Anushka was seen walking briskly towards a hotel located near the Gateway of India. Photographers greeted her with a cheerful “good morning,” but Anushka seemed in a hurry. She quickly walked past them, then stopped for a moment to gesture a “thank you” and asked them to stop taking photos.
It was clear that although she was traveling solo, Anushka was in good spirits, acknowledging the photographers' presence with a polite gesture.
Earlier, on Sunday, Anushka and Virat were photographed arriving at the Gateway of India together. The couple looked relaxed and happy as they made their way to the jetty. In one of the photos, Virat was seen holding Anushka's shoulder as they chatted while waiting for the boat.
Anushka was dressed casually in a white t-shirt under a striped blue shirt, black shorts, and red shoes, while Virat opted for a black outfit with a white cap and shoes.
Though they traveled together to Alibaug, it seems that Anushka's return was solo for her work.
