Aditya Dhar shares unseen pics of wife Yami Gautam with their son Vedavid on her birthday

Yami Gautam celebrated her 36th birthday yesterday (28th November), and her husband, director Aditya Dhar, wished her in the sweetest way possible.

Aditya's post shared some adorable snapshots. In one, Yami looked effortlessly chic in a black outfit, sipping a drink while casually lounging in a chair. The second picture captured her playful side, throwing goofy poses and laughing for the camera—because, after all, we all need a good laugh.

The third was a heartwarming family moment, with Yami holding their little one, Vedavid, in her arms, marking the first photo of their child.

Yami made her first public appearance after welcoming Vedavid at the 55th International Film Festival of India (IFFI), where she attended the screening of her film Article 370. Reflecting on balancing personal and professional commitments, Yami shared, “In fact, I'm busier than before, and I'm willing to balance both my personal and professional life. This is a significant change, but change doesn't come overnight. It requires sacrifices, consistent hard work, and the support of many people. We must celebrate it, and I'm happy to be a part of cinema at this time.”

Yami and Aditya's love story began on the sets of Uri: The Surgical Strike (2019). While Yami portrayed the character of Lieutenant Seerat Kaur, an Intelligence officer in the Indian Army and Aditya directed the film.  They got married on June 4, 2021, in a traditional and intimate ceremony at her farmhouse in Mandi, Himachal Pradesh.

Vedavid was born to Yami and Aditya on Akshay Tritiya this year. Announcing his birth, the actress shared on Instagram, "As we embark on this beautiful journey of parenthood, we eagerly anticipate the bright future that awaits our son. With every milestone he achieves, we are filled with the hope and belief that he will grow to become a beacon of pride for our entire family as well as our beloved nation."
