During the 18th over of India's chase against Pakistan in the Champions Trophy clash, spinner Abrar Ahmed provided his team a much-needed breakthrough. He dismissed star batter Shubman Gill with a carrom ball which left the India vice-captain completely clueless. Former India cricketer who was in the commentary box during the dismissal said the delivery reminded him of R Ashwin's carrom-ball or the flicker.
Pakistan fans were uplift after the dismissal but what shocked everyone was the celebration from the spinner after taking Gill's wicket. Abrar signalled to Gill to go back in the dressing room. At the non-striker end, Virat Kohli was also left stunned with the dismissal which ended Shubman Gill's knock of 46 off 52 balls. Watch the video here...

India were cruising at 100 for 1 with Shubman Gill and Virat Kohli in full control of the chase of 242.
Pakistan needed a magic moment and Abrar produced it with a sensational delivery which got the wicket of well-set Shubman Gill at the Dubai International Stadium.

The wicket of Gill gave Pakistan a huge sigh of relief as the youngster is in sensational form recently and he was once looking dangerous with some stunning shots to start his innings. It looked like he would again anchor innings till the end of the chase but Abrar made sure to rid of the danger-man.
