Hailing from an academically-focused family, with her father working as a chief engineer and her mother as a school principal, Bhaker has always held education in high regard. She recently completed her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, and is now pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
