Moto Z4, Moto Z4 Force specifications and price revealed

Rumours of the upcoming Motorola Moto Z4 continue to pour in. The latest report also gives some insight on the Moto Z4 Force which is a premium variant with more power onboard.

According to tipster Andri Yatim, the Moto Z4 will have a 6.4-inch Full HD+ OLED display with an in-display fingerprint scanner. The smartphone would get powered by a mid-segment Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 SoC paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.


Previous reports suggest that the Moto Z4 would have a 4GB/ 64GB variant as well. The Moto Z4 will have a single 48MP Smart AI rear camera with an aperture of f/1.6. The display would have a water-drop notch which would house a 24.8MP camera for selfies and face unlock.

In terms of battery, the Moto Z4 would pack a 3,632 mAh battery and would support TurboCharge fast-charging technology. The device would be 5G-ready with the help of Moto Mods. Like previously reported, the Moto Z4 would launch in the US for $399 (approximately Rs 27,640)

The Moto Z4 Force will have the same design as the standard Z4 on the outside and would have significant changes internally. Under the hood, the Z4 Force would have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 SoC with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.

It comes with a triple camera setup with a 48MP f/1.6 primary camera and a secondary 13MP f/1.8 lens. The third sensor is an 8MP telephoto sensor with an aperture of f/2.0. It has the same 25MP front camera as the Moto Z4.

The Z4 Force lacks in terms of battery capacity. It has a smaller 3,230 mAh battery with no mention of fast charging support. Considering it is a premium device, the Moto Z4 Force should have QuickCharge support. It is expected to launch for $650 in the USA, which is approximately Rs 45,030 in India.

Recently, tipster Evan Blass revealed the design of Moto Z4 from all sides. The display has a tiny water-drop notch that houses the selfie camera. The right side of the smartphone has a volume rocker and power button, leading the left side completely blank.
