PM Modi inaugurates space infra projects of ISRO, reveals names of Gaganyaan mission astronauts
The projects inaugurated by Modi include a trisonic wind tunnel at VSSC, a semi-cryogenic Integrated engine and stage test facility at ISRO's propulsion complex in Mahendragiri, Tamil Nadu, and the PSLV integration facility at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre (SHAR) in Andhra Pradesh's Sriharikota.

PM Narendra Modi also announced the names of the four astronauts who are undergoing training for the country's maiden human space flight mission, Gaganyaan. The four astronauts are -- Prashanth Balakrishnan Nair, Angad Prathap, Ajit Krishnan, and Shubhanshu Shukla. He bestowed 'astronaut wings' to them.

PM Modi expressed pride and happiness in the fact that a majority of components used in the Gaganyaan human spaceflight mission are manufactured in India. "I'm proud and happy that most components used in the Gaganyaan human spaceflight mission are made in India," he said.
