Bulk deals: Axis MF, ICICI Prudential MF and SBI MF buy stake in TBO Tek

Motilal Oswal Midcap 30 Fund sold 7.6 lakh shares (0.56 percent stake) of Deepak Nitrite Ltd at Rs 2,653.22 per share via a bulk deal on December 3.

CA Dawn Investments sold 1.03 crore shares (4.29 percent stake) of Indegene Limited at Rs 619.82 per share.

Smallcap World Fund Inc sold 15.7 lakh shares (2.24 percent stake) of Medi Assist Healthcare Services Ltd at Rs 588 per share.

Brenzett Limited sold 25 lakh shares of Responsive Industries Ltd (0.94 percent stake) at an average price of Rs 254.59 per share.

TBO Tek Ltd

Augusta TBO (Singapore) Pte Ltd sold 40.74 lakh shares of TBO TEK Ltd at an average price of Rs 1,465.14 per share. TBO Korea Holdings Limited also sold 23.05 lakh shares.

The buyers included ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund which bought 6.63 lakh shares (0.61 percent stake), SBI Mutual Fund which bought 12.5 lakh shares (1.15 percent stake) and Axis Mutual Fund which bought 8.76 lakh shares (0.81 percent stake).

Zen Technologies

Kishore Dutt Atluri sold 10 lakh shares (1.19 percent stake) of Zen Technologies Ltd at an average price of Rs 1,800.01 per share. Ashok Atluri also sold 10 lakh shares (1.19 percent stake) at an average price of Rs 1,801.16 per share. Motilal Oswal Mutual Fund bought 11.11 lakh shares (1.32 percent stake) of Zen Technologies Ltd at Rs 1,800 per share.

Block deal

Caratlane founder Mithun Padam Sacheti and Siddhartha Sacheti purchased 1.74 shares each (1.75 percent) of Arihant Foundations & Housing Ltd each at a Rs 789.15 per share in a block deal on December 3.  Monet Securities Private Ltd was the seller.
