Market observers said that once considered peripheral, Kundli region is now one of the fastest-growing real estate and infrastructure corridors in North NCR.

Delhi-based real estate developer, TDI Infrastructure Ltd., has announced re-launch of its flagship integrated township, TDI City in Kundli, backed by a planned investment of Rs 100 crore.

The company made the announcement to mark its 30 years in real estate sector.

“Completing 30 years is not just a milestone, but a reaffirmation of TDI’s commitment to creating urban landmarks that shape regional progress. With TDI City, Kundli, we are building the ‘Gurgaon of the North’ - a vibrant, connected, and aspirational address that will also contribute towards decongesting New Delhi through balanced development,” Akshay Taneja, CEO, TDI Infrastructure Ltd., said.

He said that the integrated township development would mark a new chapter in the growth of Delhi-NCR’s northern corridor.

Spread across 1,100 acres, TDI City, Kundli is envisioned as a self-sustained, future-ready township integrating modern infrastructure, premium lifestyle amenities, and community-centric urban design. Featuring extensive township upgrades, wellness and social zones, the development arrives as Kundli transforms into a high-growth investment and lifestyle hub, propelled by major infrastructure upgrades and regional development reshaping the NCR landscape.

Market observers said that once considered peripheral, Kundli region is now one of the fastest-growing real estate and infrastructure corridors in North NCR.

The recently inaugurated Urban Extension Road-II (UER-II) now connects NH-1 (Delhi-Chandigarh Highway) directly to IGI Airport and Gurugram, cutting travel time from Kundli to Central Delhi to under 40 minutes. With the KMP Expressway, upcoming Delhi Metro extension, and Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) corridor, Kundli is rapidly integrating into NCR’s high-speed connectivity network.

TDI Infrastructure has developed and delivered more than 2,500 acres of projects across Delhi-NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Punjab. Earlier this year, the company achieved a debt-free status after repaying liabilities worth over Rs 2,000 crore.
