Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has sold two flats in the Goregaon area of Mumbai for Rs 15.25 crore. The two flats were purchased by Singh in December 2014 for Rs 4.64 crore each, according to documents accessed by online property consultancy IndexTap.com.
The two flats are in Oberoi Exquisite, a project by Oberoi Realty, in the Goregaon East area of Mumbai. The building is located on the Western Express Highway close to Oberoi Mall.
The two flats measure 1,324 sq ft of usable area each and come with a total of six parking spots, and the stamp duty was Rs 45.75 lakh for each flat, according to the documents.
The deal was registered on November 6, the documents showed. According to the documents, the flat was sold to an individual in the same housing complex.
There was no response on a query sent to Singh.
Apart from the Goregaon apartment, Singh has other holdings. In 2022, it was reported that the actor bought a quadruplex flat in Bandra West for Rs 119 crore.

Oh Five Oh Media Works LLP, the company in which actor Ranveer Singh Bhavnani and his father Jugjeet Sundersingh Bhavnani are directors, had bought one apartment each on the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th floor in a building called Sagar Resham, Bandstand, Bandra West.
The agreement value of the property stood at Rs 118.94 crore and the stamp duty was Rs 7.13 crore. The carpet area of the property is 11,266 sq. ft and the terrace area is 1,300 sq ft. The property came with 19 car parking spaces.
Other Bollywood names associated with Mumbai realty deals of late are Akshay Kumar and Sonam Kapoor. Kumar had in 2022 sold a property Malik at Andheri West with a carpet area of 1,281 sq ft for Rs 6 crore to music director Daboo Malik.
Kapoor had sold her luxury apartment with a built-up area of 5,533 sq ft in the Bandra Kurla Complex area for around Rs 32 crore.
