Red Chillies Entertainment has splashed The Ba***ds of Bollywood across a giant Times Square billboard, a loud-and-clear sign that Aryan Khan’s Netflix satire is going global.

In a short clip posted by the studio, the show’s neon artwork looms over the crossroads of the world, the red N of Netflix glowing beside a steady stream of early commuters.

The caption says it all: “The Ba***ds are now taking over the world!  Have you watched #TheBadsOfBollywood yet?”

Within minutes, the post was buzzing with likes and comments from fans and industry friends. It’s both a victory lap and a fresh nudge to hit play—the kind of splashy moment that lifts a title off the timeline and into the real world.

Written and directed by Aryan Khan, the series pokes affectionate fun at the film industry’s egos, gatekeepers and everyday absurdities. Leads Lakshya and Sahher Bambba hold the centre, while Bobby Deol, Raghav Juyal, Manoj Pahwa, Mona Singh, Rajat Bedi and Manish Chaudhary keep the tempo lively.

And then there are the cameos—Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar, Shah Rukh Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Rajkummar Rao, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan, among others—each a knowing wink to the audience.

Since premiere week, the show’s momentum has been pure social fuel: clips, memes, and celebrity shout-outs. Even Suhana Khan joined the fun, resharing a fan edit of a beloved Emraan Hashmi–Raghav Juyal bit and calling it “my favourite scene ever  okay ”. Times Square just turned that online energy into a landmark moment.

A part of review by Moneycontrol read, "At its core, ‘The Bads of Bollywood’ is a satire dressed as a spoof, throwing playful punches at everything Bollywood stands for. The caricatured characters, industry in-jokes, and irreverent tone reveal Aryan Khan’s unapologetic commercial sensibilities"

It added "While critics may argue the series lacks substance, it demands to be enjoyed with a pinch of salt and a tub of popcorn. In a landscape where many shows strain for seriousness, this one dares to revel in silliness. Aryan’s debut might not break new ground, but it confidently announces his flair for spectacle"
