Delhi-NCR-based real estate developer M3M Group has launched its uber-luxury housing project on Golf Course Road Extension in Gurugram. It has a revenue potential of Rs 4,000 crore, the company said.
The project named ‘M3M Altitute’ spreads across a 4-acre land parcel and is located near the Trump Towers. It is part of the 60-acre exclusive community ‘M3M Golf Estate’. Total saleable area of the project is around 1 million sqft.
The development cost of the project is Rs 1,200 crore and it will include 350 super-luxury residences, with ticket prices ranging from Rs 10 crore to Rs 30 crore, the firm said, adding that the housing project will be delivered by 2031.
"In recent years, Golf Course Extension Road (GCRE) has emerged as Gurugram’s ultimate destination for luxury residences, catalyzing a surge in demand and substantial annual price appreciation of up to 40 percent. Average prices have reached over Rs 20,000 psf in 2023 and projections indicate further escalation to more than Rs 50,000 psf over the next three years. M3M is unveiling its latest masterpiece, reaffirming its status in the luxury real estate industry,” said Sudeep Bhatt, President Sales, M3M Group.
The company said that the apartments in the project will have a composition of 4BHK (plus a servant room) and penthouses ranging from 3780 sq ft to 8000 sq ft.
