County Group secures development rights of 7.9-acre land parcel in Gurugram for Rs 105 crore

County Group secures development rights of 7.9-acre land parcel near Dwarka Exptressway in Gurugram for Rs 105 crore

Delhi-NCR-based County Group has secured development rights of a 7.9-acre land parcel in Gurugram for Rs 105 crore from Brock Developers Private Limited and Ashiana Landcraft Realty Private Limited, according to documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a real estate analytics firm.

The land parcel is located at village Harsaru, sector 88A, in Gurugram near Dwarka Expressway.

As per the documents, Perfect Megastructure Private Limited, which is a subsidiary of the County Group, has secured rights for developing the 7.9-acre land parcel. The realty company signed a development agreement with Brock Developers Private Limited and Ashiana Landcraft Realty Private Limited on July 9, 2024. The developer paid a stamp duty of Rs 2.27 crore for the registration of the agreement, the documents showed.

There was no response available from the parties involved in the agreement.

Sources said that the County Group is planning to develop a luxury housing project at this land parcel.

Earlier this year, the County Group had announced an investment of Rs 5,000 crore over a period of five years to build ultra-luxury housing project 'Ivory County' in Noida. Located in Noida's Sector 115, near the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway, the project has a revenue potential of Rs 7,500 crore, approximately.

Big ticket deals

Delhi NCR, which includes Gurugram, has been witness to many big-ticket property purchases in the recent past.

In August 2024, Mumbai-based listed real estate developer Godrej Properties purchased two group housing land parcels in Gurugram for a combined Rs 515 crore at an e-auction conducted by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP).

In November 2023, Countrywide Promoters, a subsidiary of developer BPTP Group, had bought a 5.24-acre plot in Gurugram near the Dwarka Expressway for Rs 87.27 crore.

In October 2023, a 11,000 sq ft apartment at The Camellias by DLF in Gurgaon's Golf Course Road was sold for more than Rs 100 crore in a resale.
