CJ Darcl leases over 1.25 lakh sq ft of warehousing from IndoSpace near Bengaluru

The IndoSpace Narasapura Industrial and Logistics Park is spread across 64 acres and is strategically located 54 kilometres from Bengaluru city centre.

CJ Darcl Logistics Ltd, a diversified multimodal logistics company, has leased over 1.25 lakh square feet of warehousing space in the Narasapura Industrial and Logistics Park of IndoSpace.

The lease period is for nine years, Indospace said, confirming the transaction on June 26. The collaboration is a step towards enhancing the warehousing and distribution capabilities of CJ Darcl.

Private equity major Everstone Group-backed industrial real estate and logistics parks developer IndoSpace has invested close to $3 billion, through a mix of equity and debt, in assets under management across its investment vehicles in India, the company previously told Moneycontrol.

The company has an operational portfolio of 30 million sq ft of 33 percent industrial and 67 percent warehousing properties across the country up and running.

CJ Darcl offers a wide range of services, including road and rail transportation, warehousing and distribution, integrated logistics solutions (such as project logistics, 3PL, and freight forwarding), as well as additional services like air cargo and coastal transportation.
