The company has sent a letter in compliance with Regulation 36(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, to members whose e-mail addresses are not registered, providing a web-link to access the Annual Report for FY25 and the Notice of the 52nd AGM on the company's website.

Vardhman Textiles has also reminded shareholders to update their KYC details pursuant to SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/91 dated June 23, 2025, and to dematerialize physical securities.
Security holders holding securities in demat mode are requested to update their email addresses with their respective Depository Participants (DPs).
From April 1, 2024, onwards, in case of non-updation of PAN, Contact Details including Mobile Number, Bank Account Details, and Specimen Signature, if any dividend payment is due in respect of such folios, the Company shall make such payment electronically only upon furnishing of PAN, Contact Details including Mobile Number, Bank Account details, and Specimen Signature.
