The seller is likely to sell up to a 6.32% stake in Privi Speciality Chemicals via a block deal, with an offer size of Rs 700 crore and a floor price in the range of Rs 2,835–2,850 per share, reports CNBC-TV18, quoting sources.
The company has received a Letter of Award for the supply of in-service Cape gauge diesel-electric locomotives from Berhard Development Corporation, Zimbabwe. The order is valued at $3.6 million.
The company has received a contract worth Rs 1,661.9 crore from the Ministry of Defence for the supply of 2,55,128 CQB carbines (5.56 x 45 mm) to the Indian Army. The contract stipulates order execution within five years.
Power Grid Corporation of India
The company has been declared the successful bidder for the selection of battery energy storage developers for setting up a cumulative capacity of 2,000 MWh (1,000 MW x 2 hours) of standalone battery energy storage systems in Andhra Pradesh.
The project comprises a 150 MW/300 MWh battery energy storage system at the 400/220 kV substation at Kalikiri in Chittoor district, Andhra Pradesh.
The Board of Directors of Muthoot Money, a subsidiary of the company, has completed the allotment of 3,25,139 equity shares to Muthoot Finance against funds of Rs 500 crore via a rights issue.
Funds raised through the rights issue will be utilised for business funding, general corporate purposes, and repayment of existing loans.
The Board has approved the appointment of Sandhya Venugopal Sharma, IAS, as Chairperson and Additional Director of the company, effective January 4, 2026.
The company has monetised its 10% equity stake in North Eastern Development Finance Corporation (NEDFi) for Rs 121.77 crore.
The GST Department, Delhi South, has passed an order against InterGlobe Aviation imposing a GST demand, along with interest and penalty, amounting to Rs 458.26 crore. The demand pertains to compensation received from a foreign supplier and the denial of input tax credit for FY 2018–19 to FY 2022–23.
The company strongly believes that the order passed by the GST department is erroneous and not in accordance with the law, based on advice from external tax advisors.
On September 29, 2025, the company’s subsidiary, Nanomi BV, Netherlands, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the entire share capital of VISUfarma BV, headquartered in Amsterdam. The company had earlier indicated that the transaction would be consummated by the end of the calendar year 2025.
The company has now stated that the proposed transaction is currently in progress and is expected to be completed by February 28, 2026.
Shalini Bhupal, a promoter shareholder, through an inter se transfer of shares, has acquired 1.6 crore equity shares, representing 25.52% of the shareholding in Taj GVK Hotels & Resorts, at a price of Rs 370 per share from The Indian Hotels Company Limited.
Consequent to the sale and purchase of the shares, a termination agreement was executed among G Indira Krishna Reddy, Shalini Bhupal, Blue Moon Trust, Moonshot Trust, Starlight Trust, The Indian Hotels Company Limited, and the company.
Bulk Deals
Promoters Starlight Trust sold 12.5 lakh shares in the hotel chain for Rs 52.54 crore at Rs 420.34 per share, while Moonshot Trust also offloaded 12.5 lakh shares at Rs 420 per share for Rs 52.5 crore, taking the total stake sold to 3.98%.
Meanwhile, Nippon India Equity Opportunities AIF – Scheme 9 acquired 7.08 lakh shares for Rs 29.73 crore, and Nippon India Equity Opportunities AIF – Scheme 7 picked up 8.12 lakh shares for Rs 34.14 crore, both at a price of Rs 420 per share.
Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte Ltd bought 18.75 lakh shares in Ramkrishna Forgings at Rs 506.7 per share for Rs 95 crore, while Societe Generale sold 14.75 lakh shares at Rs 506.75 per share for Rs 74.74 crore.
Dhunseri Ventures sold 1.22 lakh shares (a 0.5% stake) in Shankara Building Products at Rs 101.71 per share for Rs 1.2 crore.
