RITES stock has corrected by more than 20 percent in the last six months due to overvaluation concerns. It moved from 300 to around 230 during this period, which is testing our patience. Hopefully, the momentum will shift from negative to positive soon. Pros - The company is debt-free, good balance sheet, healthy order flow and strong dividend payer. Cons - The stock appeared overvalued based on the last 3 years of valuations, though the recent correction has brought it closer to fair value. Current price momentum is weak. However, 2–3 large project wins could reverse the trend positively. Recent revenues have shown a slight decline. View more
