The US Food and Drug Administration (US FDA) conducted a product-specific Pre-Approval Inspection at the company’s Pune Biotech facility during September 8–19. The inspection was closed by the US FDA with four observations.
The company's subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India), has acquired a 100% equity stake in ILJIN Holding, which is incorporated in Israel, from the existing shareholder Gary Sussman. Consequently, ILJIN Holding has become a wholly owned subsidiary of ILJIN and, in turn, a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of Amber Enterprises India.
The company has received a work order worth Rs 18.06 crore from Dredging Corporation of India for the provision of seamless offshore internet for DCI vessels and ICCC.
The company has received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) for a project worth Rs 495.54 crore from Bihar State Road Development Corporation. The project involves the construction of a high-level bridge and approach road on the Hathouri-Atrar-Bavangama-Aurai road in Bihar.
The company has received an order worth Rs 450 crore for the supply of Tyrone AI GPU Accelerated systems.
Shruti Pai, Creative Director at Manipal Education and Medical Group International India, has invested Rs 126 crore in Brigade Twin Towers, in Bengaluru.
Power Grid Corporation of India
Power Grid Corporation of India has been declared the successful bidder to establish an inter-state transmission system in Madhya Pradesh. The project involves the augmentation of transformation capacity and implementation of line bays at Mandsaur S/s for renewable energy interconnection on a build, own, operate, and transfer (BOOT) basis.
The company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Maharashtra for setting up an integrated steel plant in Gadchiroli, Maharashtra, with an investment of Rs 3,135 crore.
Shipping Corporation of India (SCI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation (HPCL), and Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL). Under this MoU, the companies plan to jointly acquire, own, operate, and manage vessels. These vessels shall be used for international trade as well as coastal transport of petroleum, petroleum products, petrochemicals, and other hydrocarbon cargoes.
Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers
The company has signed five Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with strategic partners in the shipbuilding, port, and infrastructure sectors. The company and its partners will explore and jointly develop projects across multiple domains: newbuild construction, ship repair, construction of green tugs as per GTTP specifications, development and maintenance of port infrastructure, jetty and berth development, multimodal logistics and last-mile connectivity, and related civil, rail, and ropeway infrastructure for ports and terminals.
Additionally, the company has signed a contract with Carsten Rehder Schiffsmakler und Reederei GmbH & Co. KG in Hamburg, Germany, for the construction of four hybrid multipurpose vessels worth $62.44 million.
Swan Defence and Heavy Industries
The company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Gujarat Maritime Board (GMB) for a strategic investment of Rs 4,250 crore. The Rs 4,250 crore investment will be deployed across three key projects at the shipyard in Pipavav Port, Gujarat. The partnership will infuse Rs 3,500 crore for capacity expansion at the shipyard, including slipway, jetties, additional cranes, block fabrication, and dredging.
The company's step-down subsidiary, Arena Bilgisayar Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., has entered into a definitive agreement with Datagate Bilgisayar Malzemeleri Ticaret A.S. for the assignment of a Device Distribution and Supply Agreement with Vodafone Dagitim, Servis ve Icerik Hizmetleri A.S. The agreement will be effective from October 1, 2025, and the value of the deal is approximately $8 million.
The company has infused equity amounting to $85 million in its subsidiary Godrej Mauritius Africa Holdings. This transaction has been executed with the objective of strengthening and deleveraging the balance sheet of Godrej Mauritius Africa Holdings.
Housing & Urban Development Corporation
HUDCO has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NBCC (India) for the development of a commercial plot at Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh), an institutional plot at Panchkula (Haryana), construction of additional blocks at HUDCO Regional Office, Ahmedabad (Gujarat), and reconstruction of residential flats at the Asian Games Village Complex, New Delhi, on a turnkey basis as deposit work.
Oil India has signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam (RVUNL) to develop 1.2 GW of renewable energy projects, comprising 1,000 MW of solar and 200 MW of wind, within RVUNL’s Renewable Energy Park in Rajasthan.
Bulk Deals
Promoter entity Safechem Enterprises sold 6 lakh shares (0.66% stake) in the company at Rs 929.19 per share, and BNP Paribas Financial Markets sold 4.59 lakh shares at Rs 929 per share.
However, Norges Bank, on account of the Government Pension Fund Global, bought 4.84 lakh shares at Rs 930.3 per share, while Vanguard Total International Stock Index Fund and Vanguard Emerging Markets Stock Index Fund A Series of VIEIF acquired 10.82 lakh shares at Rs 930.34 per share. This total buying of a 1.7% stake was worth Rs 145.8 crore.
Promoter Aryaman Sanjay Thakker sold 7 lakh shares (1.69% stake) at Rs 639 per share, valued at Rs 44.73 crore, and investor New York State Teachers Retirement System sold 4.8 lakh shares at Rs 639.04 per share for Rs 30.73 crore.
However, Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte bought 2.75 lakh shares in Landmark Cars at Rs 639 per share, and Dhunseri Ventures bought 2.66 lakh shares at Rs 638.83 per share.
Cartrade Tech, Tanla Platforms
Norges Bank, on account of the Government Pension Fund Global, acquired 3.88 lakh shares in Cartrade Tech at Rs 2,522.8 per share for Rs 98.1 crore, and 8.79 lakh shares in Tanla Platforms at Rs 745.1 per share for Rs 65.51 crore.
iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets IMI Index ETF bought 31.85 lakh shares in Sigachi Industries at Rs 43.85 per share.
Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company sold 1.68 lakh shares in Power Mech Projects at Rs 2,990.58 per share for Rs 50.45 crore.
Sponsor Rapid Holdings 2 Pte, which is a part of Brookfield Asset Management, sold 16.86 crore units (equivalent to a 25.39% stake) at Rs 82 per unit in Energy Infrastructure Trust to several investors, valued at Rs 1,382.7 crore. Rapid Holdings held a 75% stake in the InvIT as of June 2025.
On the other side, a total of 24 investors acquired 16.86 crore units in Energy Infrastructure Trust, including IIFL Management Services, Ambit Wealth, Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance, Star Health, Tara Emerging Asia Liquid Fund, Trust Investment Advisors, 360 ONE, Balkrishna Industries, LGT Wealth India, and Future Generali India Life Insurance Company.
Vanguard Group, through its three funds, has picked up a 2.5% stake or over 2 crore units in IndiGrid Infrastructure Trust at Rs 169.12 per unit, for Rs 353.3 crore.
However, Larsen & Toubro, which held a 4.52% stake as of June 2025, sold 54.6 lakh units at Rs 168.78 per unit for Rs 92.1 crore, while BNP Paribas Financial Markets offloaded 46.1 lakh units at Rs 168.17 per unit for Rs 77.6 crore.
