Chalet Hotels has announced the allotment of equity shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) 2022. The Compensation, Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 1,05,000 fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each to eligible employees on August 12, 2025.
The newly allotted equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company.
Following the allotment, the revised paid-up equity share capital of the company is as follows:
