Block deals: TVS Motor Company picks ups 0.9% stake in TVS Supply Chain Solutions

SBI Mutual Fund, Kotak Mutual Fund picked up stakes in Vishal Mega Mart via multiple block deals.

Promoter Yogen Khosla sold 2.18 lakh shares (1.83 percent) of Capital Trust at Rs 91.23 per share.

The following bulk and block deals took place on both exchanges on June 16.

Block Deals

TVS Supply Chain Solutions
TVS Motor Company Limited bought 39.50 lakh shares (0.90 percent) of TVS Supply Chain Solutions via a block deal at Rs 144 per share. Authum Investment & Infrastructure was the seller. As of March 2025, TVS Motor Company had around 4 percent stake in the company.

Zydus Wellness
PPFAS Mutual Fund purchased 46.27 lakh shares (7.27 percent) of Zydus Wellness at Rs 1900 per share. Threpsi Care LLP was the seller.

Bulk Deals

Awfis Space Solutions
QRG Investments and Holdings Limited sold a total of 7.89 lakh shares (1.11 percent) in two separate transactions of Awfis Space Solutions at Rs 685.08 per share.

Bluspring Enterprises
Negen Capital Services Private Limited bought 19.71 lakh shares of the company at Rs 69.72 per share.

The sellers for the stock were Vanguard ESG International Stock ETF which sold 8.84 lakh shares at Rs 69.71 per share,  iShares Core MSCI Emerging Markets ETF which sold 7.88 lakh shares at Rs 70.35 per share and India Capital Management Ltd A/C India Capital Fund Ltd which sold 9.60 lakh shares at Rs 70.77 per share.

Capital Trust
Promoter Yogen Khosla sold 2.18 lakh shares (1.83 percent) of Capital Trust at Rs 91.23 per share.

Kridhan Infra
Aquarius India Opportunities Fund bought 15 lakh shares (1.58 percent) of Kridhan Infra at Rs 4.60 per share. Seller was Indiaman Fund Mauritius Limited which sold 23.71 lakh shares (2.50 percent).

Vishal Mega Mart
SBI Mutual Fund bought 94.36 lakh shares (2.03 percent) of Vishal Mega Mart at Rs 113.50 per share while HDFC Mutual Fund bought bought 75 lakh shares (1.61 percent) and Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund bought 29.52 lakh (0.64 percent) shares at Rs 113.50. SBI Mutual Fund made an additional purchase of 71.50 lakh shares (1.54 percent) at the same price. Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund also made another purchase of 50 lakh shares (1.08 percent).

Sellers were promoter entity Samayat Services LLP which sold 9 crore shares (9.68 percent).
