Block deals: Pidilite Industries' promoters sell 11.1% of their stake

HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co Ltd purchased 1,000,031 shares of PNB Housing at a price of ₹900.00 per share.

Pidilite Industries' promoter Apurva Narendrakumar Parekh sold 150,000 shares, or 4.8 percent of her total holding, at a price of Rs 3,170.00 per share. Furthermore, another promoter, Purvee Apurva Parekh, sold 50,000 shares, or 6.3 percent of her total holding in the company, at Rs 3,170.00 per share.

Meanwhile, Parkem Dyes & Chemicals Pvt Ltd purchased 200,000 shares, or 0.03 percent of Pidilite Industries, at the same price of Rs 3,170.00 per share.

Shares of Pidilite Industries closed at Rs 3,108 per share after falling by 1.66 percent.

On the same day, Asia Opportunities V (Mauritius) Limited sold an identical quantity of 1,000,031 shares, or 0.38 percent of PNB Housing, at the same price of Rs 900.00 per share.

Shares of PNB Housing Finance saw a gain of 2.33 percent on October 29, closing at Rs 922.80 per share.

Meanwhile, The Ramco Cements Limited sold 14,091,500 shares of Ramco Industries Ltd at Rs 232.05 per share.

Bholaram Agarwal sold 148,514 shares of Sah Polymers Limited at Rs 105.31 per share.

Atyant Capital India Fund I acquired 200,000 shares of Sasken Technologies Ltd at Rs 1,664.17 per share, while Vanderbilt University sold 200,000 shares of Sasken Technologies Ltd at Rs 1,663.50 per share.
