SME IPOs: Transteel subscribed over 30 times, Mish Designs bought 26 times

Transteel Seating Technologies received a strong response from investors

SAR Televentures’ Rs 24.75 crore public offer has been subscribed 7.66 times

SAR Televenture, Transteel Seating Technologies, Vrundavan Plantation and Mish Designs IPOs remained open for subscription on November 1. Some of these issues have been subscribed up to 30 times. Let’s take a look at the subscription status of these SME IPOs.

SAR Televenture 

SAR Televentures’ Rs 24.75-crore public offer has been subscribed 7.66 times. Retail investors bid 13.9 times, high-net-worth individuals bought 5.98 times while qualified institutional buyers (QIB) picked 0.03 times the allotted quota. The price band for the issue, which opened for subscription on November 1 and will close on November 3, has been fixed at Rs 52-55 per share.

Transteel Seating Technologies

Transteels’ IPO received a strong response from investors as the issue has been subscribed 31.57 times. HNIs bid 122 times, retail investors bought 39 times and QIBs picked 12 times the allotted quota. The Rs 49.98-crore IPO closed for subscription on November 1. The price band for the issue was fixed at Rs 67-70 per share.

Vrundavan Plantation

Vrundavan Plantation's public offer, which opened on October 30 and closed on November 1, received a decent response from investors. The Rs 15.29 crore issue was subscribed 18.57 times. The retail portion was bought 25.51 times while the HNIs picked 11.6 times the allotted quota. The issue price was fixed at Rs 108 per share.

Mish Designs

Mish Designs' Rs 9.76-crore IPO has been subscribed 26.53 times on Day 2. The price for the issue, which opened for subscription on October 31 and will close on November 2, has been fixed at Rs 122 per share. Retail investors picked 44.64 times while HNIs bought 8.4 times the allotted quota.
