Upcoming IPOs this week: Six new IPOs to open this week with 12 companies scheduled for debut

The SME segment will be super busy with nine new companies will be available for trading on the bourses with Vashishtha Luxury Fashion being the first to debut on September 15.

Investors will see six new IPOs amounting to Rs 1,325.6 crore hitting Dalal Street in the current week starting from September 15, while there will be 12 companies are scheduled for their market debut.

Of the total six, three initial public offerings (IPOs) each will be from the mainboard and SME segments.

In the mainboard segment, Euro Pratik Sales, the marketer and seller of decorative panels and laminates, will be the first amongst three, opening its Rs 451-crore public issue for subscription on September 16 with price band of Rs 235-247 per share.

TMT bars maker VMS TMT will be the next to launch its Rs 149-crore initial share sale on September 17. The price band for the offer has been fixed at Rs 94-99 per share.

Bengaluru-based technology services & solutions aggregator iValue Infosolutions will also be opening its Rs 560-crore maiden public issue next week on September 18, with price band of Rs 284-299 per share.

In the SME segment, Vijay Kedia-backed cybersecurity solutions provider TechD Cybersecurity will launch its Rs 39-crore IPO on September 15. The price band for the offer has been fixed at Rs 183-193 per share.

This follows aluminium products maker Sampat Aluminium, which is raising Rs 30.5 crore during September 17-19. The price band for the issue is Rs 114-120 per share.

Cables and wires manufacturer JD Cables will be the last amongst SMEs, opening on September 18. The company proposed to mobilise Rs 96 crore via public issue, with price band of Rs 144-152 per share.

Further, Airfloa Rail Technology, which has subscribed 62 times so far, will close its IPO on September 15, while the LT Elevator public issue will remain open for subscription till September 16, which so far saw 65 percent subscription.

Listing

From the mainboard segment, all three companies - Urban Company, Dev Accelerator, and Shringar House of Mangalsutra - will make their market debut on BSE and NSE on September 17, after their IPOs getting robust subscription last week during September 10-12.

The public issue of Urban Company, the online marketplace offering home and beauty services, was subscribed 103.63 times, while Dev Accelerator, and Shringar House of Mangalsutra's IPOs saw 64 times and 60 times subscriptions, respectively.

This follows Krupalu Metals, Nilachal Carbo Metalicks, Karbonsteel Engineering, and Taurian MPS which are scheduled for listing on September 16, while the trading in Jay Ambe Supermarkets, and Galaxy Medicare shares will commence effective September 17.

Airfloa Rail Technology, and LT Elevator will be the last amongst them, making debut on September 18 and September 19, respectively.
