Saatvik Green Energy IPO will open for public subscription in the primary market today. The issue is a combination of a fresh issue of shares and an offer for sale.

Here are key things to know as the issue opens for subscription at 10 am.

1) Price band: The issue has a price band of Rs 442 to Rs 465 per share.

2) Subscription dates: The issue will open for public subscription on September 19 and conclude on September 23.

3) Anchor allotment: Solar panel maker Saatvik Green Energy on Thursday mobilised over Rs 269 crore from anchor investors.

4) Issue Size: The company's maiden public offering is a combination of a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 700 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of Rs 200 crore by promoters. At the upper end, the Haryana-based company is valued at around Rs 5,910 crore.

5) IPO objective: Proceeds from the fresh issue worth Rs 477.23 crore will be invested in Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited for setting up a 4 GW solar PV module manufacturing facility at Gopalpur Industrial Park in Odisha, and Rs 166.44 crore will be infused into the subsidiary for repayment or prepayment of its outstanding borrowings.

6) Saatvik Green Energy is a solar photovoltaic module manufacturer with an operational capacity of about 3.8 GW as of June 30, 2025. The company provides end-to-end engineering, procurement and construction services for solar projects, including ground-mounted solar installations and rooftop solar installations.

7) Allotment date: The allotment is expected by September 24.

8) Listing Date: Shares of the company will be listed on September 26 on the stock exchanges.

9) IPO GMP: According to platforms tracking the grey market activities, the shares of Saatvik Green Energy are commanding a GMP of 14 percent in the unregulated market. Investorgain quoted a GMP of Rs 65 for the shares of the company, indicating a listing gain of 13.98 percent.

10) Should you subscribe?

The analysts at SBI Securities tagged a 'Subscribe' rating to the issue. It highlighted the company's focus on growing share of export sales and EPC services internationally while expanding customer base in India and internationally. The company continue to develop and reinforce technology to manufacture quality modules and expand distribution network across India and create retail brand for solar panels, it said.

The report also highlighted risk factors, including regulatory risk, competitive dynamics, customer concentration, and supply chain disruptions.
