The primary market will not see major action this week, starting November 17, as only two new IPOs - one each from the mainboard and SME segments - will be opened for subscription on November 19, compared to the big-sized public issues seen in the past few weeks. Both issues will close on November 21.
Excelsoft Technologies, the SaaS company specialising in the learning and assessment market, is raising Rs 500 crore via an initial public offering (IPO), which is a combination of fresh issuance of shares worth Rs 180 crore, and an offer-for-sale of Rs 320 crore worth shares by the promoter.
The company has fixed a price band for its issue at Rs 114-120 per share.
In the SME segment, Indore-based engineering company Gallard Steel aims to mobilise Rs 37.5 crore via a public issue of 25 lakh shares at the upper end of the price band of Rs 142-150 per share.
Meanwhile, solar inverter, panel, and batteries maker Fujiyama Power Systems will close its Rs 828-crore IPO on November 17, followed by Capillary Technologies India's offer on November 18.
Fujiyama Power Systems' public issue was subscribed to 40% in the last two days, while Capillary's IPO saw 28 percent subscription on its first day of bidding.

In the grey market, Tenneco Clean Air IPO shares attracted the maximum premium of over 25 percent, followed by PhysicsWallah and Capillary Technologies IPO shares, which traded with around 5-8 percent premium, but Fujiyama and Emmvee could not receive any premium, the market observers said.
