    Inventurus Knowledge Solutions shares listed on the NSE with a premium of 43 percent on December 19 after receiving 52.68 times subscription to the Rs 2,498 crore mainboard issue.

    The shares of Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Ltd, which provides healthcare support services listed at Rs 1,900 per share on the NSE, a significant premium of 42.96 percent over the issue price. The price band for the offer was Rs 1,265-1,329 per share with a lot size of 11 shares. With the listing, the market capitalisation of the company reached Rs 32,977.22 crore.

    IKS share listing was better than the expectations in the grey market, which is an unofficial market for trading in IPO shares till the listing.

    On the BSE, Inventurus Knowledge Solutions stock was listed at Rs 1856 per share, a premium of around 40 percent.

    The company's IPO was entirely an Offer For Sale (OFS) of 1.88 crore equity shares by promoters and individual shareholders, with no fresh issue component.

    The company, which is backed by Rekha Jhunjhunwala and RARE Enterprises, in its IPO papers stated that the objective of the initial share sale is to gain the advantages of listing the equity shares on the stock exchanges.

    Additionally, the company anticipates that listing the equity shares will boost its visibility and brand image, provide liquidity to its shareholders, and establish a public market for the equity shares.
