Rajan Mittal, the vice-chairman of Bharti Enterprises, said the consecration ceremony of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya is a historic moment for "Bharat" and lauded PM Minister Narendra Modi's speech.

"Prime Minister spoke about the country building. He was very emphatic about the new startup, Bharat, and said we'd build the new India. In his speech, the PM talked about making the new India…which is for people in need…even the RSS chief said that we must keep as much wealth as is needed and distribute the rest, making India proud on the global stage. It's been an extremely patriotic message," Mittal told Moneycontrol after the ceremony on January 22.

The long-awaited Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla took place on January 22 in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath and other dignitaries.
