Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s new post has caught the internet’s attention for more reasons than one. Over the past month, she not only met up with fellow South star Keerthy Suresh, but also shared how she has been working on her mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

In the album she posted, the actress shared a picture from her podcast The Beginner’s Guide to Biohacking, with the caption: “What we choose to speak about becomes what we shape.” In another snapshot, she flaunted her well-toned upper arms, specifically her triceps, a result of the hard work she’s been putting in at the gym.

Samantha doesn’t take her therapies lightly. She posted a photo of her PEMF and negative ion therapy session, highlighting its benefits. The actress wrote: “…works on a cellular level, boosts circulation, eases inflammation, and supports faster recovery.”

She also shared a snap from her red light therapy session, captioning it: “Red Light Therapy: Boosts collagen, calms inflammation, and helps the body recover.”

And if that wasn’t enough, the actress went on to post more from her group fitness sessions, joking that “burpees are slightly less awful with a group.” In the pictures, she was seen working out alongside fellow fitness enthusiasts.

Samantha pairs her workouts and therapies with a nourishing breakfast. She shared a bowl of healthy goodness, writing: “This breakfast knows what it’s doing. Healthy, happy, and mildly obsessed.” She also posted a chic picture of herself in a denim dress—proof of the results of her dedication.

To keep her mind sharp, Samantha reads extensively and shared photos of the books she's currently reading. The list includes titles such as A Woman’s Guide to Power Unbound, Manifest, and Your Body Already Knows. One picture showed her enjoying some quiet time outdoors.
