Bigg Boss Tamil fame Sunita Gogoi has left fans in awe of her stunning transformation. Reportedly, the actress went from 68.5 kg to 55 kg in a matter of just 45 days, which is certainly no mean feat.

Apparently, she didn’t resort to any crash diets or pricey fitness memberships. Instead, she incorporated healthy habits into her lifestyle including a clean diet and balanced workouts.

Sunita told Times of India that her day starts with ghee coffee, which is known to contain healthy fats and is low in carbs. It also offers several health benefits. She follows it up with an early morning walk and credits this gradual, intentional start for helping her set the tone for the day.

The actress revealed she didn’t go for intense workouts; rather, her workout was chalked out into a three-part split each week. It included two days of cardio, three days of strength training, and two rest days for recovery. This allowed her not to be harsh on her body and gave it time to gradually build strength.

While workouts played an important role, Sunita focused equally on her diet. Her breakfast focused on protein and fibre rich foods that kept her energised and full for longer hours. Lunch was typically balanced and loaded with nutrition. It included lentils, vegetables, and healthy fats. The actress avoided processed foods and excluded maida and white sugar from her diet.

What truly changed the game for Sunita was staying disciplined. She shared that it’s easy to start a diet but difficult to be consistent with it. Hence, she stuck to a routine and chose not to opt for unsustainable diets. She also paid attention to hydration, consuming a detox water made from cucumber, lemon, and mint.
