Zaheer Iqbal recently shared a heartwarming Instagram story showing Sonakshi Sinha decorating the walls of their room.

She was seen sticking wallpaper in the shape of leaves, which truly beautified the room’s decor. Zaheer captioned the post, "Making it a home." In the next story, he re-shared a post from Sonakshi, where a wall of her room was beautifully adorned with photo frames filled with pictures from their wedding day. Sonakshi captioned it lovingly, "I’ve been busy." Zaheer emphasized how she turned the house into a home.

Sonakshi and Zaheer got married on June 23 in an intimate ceremony at their residence in Mumbai, surrounded by their loved ones. The civil wedding was followed by a grand wedding reception at Bastian, which was attended by numerous Bollywood celebrities.

The reception saw the presence of stars like Saira Banu, Rekha, Salman Khan, Vidya Balan, and Sanjay Leela Bhansali among others.

The couple had been dating for seven years before tying the knot. In their wedding caption, they explained the significance of the date: "On this very day, seven years back (23.06.2017) in each other’s eyes, we saw love in its purest form and decided to hold on to it. Today that love has guided us through all the challenges and triumphs… leading up to this moment… where with the blessings of both our families and both our gods… we are now man and wife."
