Prime Video has launched the highly anticipated trailer for Citadel: Honey Bunny, the Indian installment of the global Citadel universe. Directed by the acclaimed duo Raj & DK (Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK), the series features Bollywood star Varun Dhawan and South Indian sensation Samantha in the lead roles.

Produced by D2R Films, Amazon MGM Studios, and AGBO, the production company of the Russo Brothers, Citadel: Honey Bunny is set to premiere on November 7, 2024, exclusively on Prime Video in India and in over 240 countries and territories worldwide.

The trailer offers a thrilling glimpse into the 90s-set spy drama, packed with explosive action, intense stunts, and gripping suspense. Varun Dhawan plays Bunny, a stuntman, who enlists struggling actress Honey (played by Samantha) for a seemingly harmless gig.

However, the two are soon pulled into a dangerous world of espionage, deceit, and betrayal. Years later, their past returns to haunt them, forcing the estranged pair to reunite in order to protect their young daughter, Nadia. The series promises high-octane action paired with Raj & DK’s signature charm and wit, making it a highly anticipated watch for fans of both Indian and international spy thrillers.

In addition to the lead pair, the series features a strong supporting cast including Kay Kay Menon, Simran, Saqib Saleem, Sikandar Kher, Soham Majumdar, Shivankit Parihar, and Kashvi Majmundar.
