Shah Rukh Khan is known as the ‘King of Romance’ for a reason. The superstar took to his X account to interact with fans, where he not only shared tidbits from his life and replied to their questions but also offered sound advice to those who needed help in matters of love.

A fan wrote, “Sir, I just got dumped, and my friends keep calling me Devdas. Now they are taking me to watch the movie also, as a joke. Sir, I am heartbroken.” This caught SRK’s attention, and being the expert that he is in matters of love, he replied, “Don’t be. Cracks in the heart appear only so that the light can come in.”

While that was wise, the actor added his own punch by saying that he could dance with Jaggu Dada and the fan when the song ‘Chalak Chalak’ comes on in the movie. The fun twist left fans impressed with his wisdom and humour.

King Khan also replied to a fan who asked, “Why are you so handsome?” He said, “I think age suits me… sexy at sixty, superb at seventy, enticing at eighty, and so forth.”

That’s not all! He also gave away the secret to his fitness. A fan asked, “Why do you look younger every year? Is this black magic or skincare sorcery?” And he replied, “Actually, honest truth… ‘Dil Toh Bacha Hai Ji’… that’s why. And a lot of it is… in the eye of the beholder thing.”

While he delighted fans with his #AskSRK session on X, it is true that the actor looks after himself, especially when it comes to the foods he consumes.

In an old interview with RJ Devanggana, he said, “I eat two meals a day: lunch and dinner. I eat nothing apart from these two meals. Mujhe pakwan pasand nahi (I don't like fancy foods). I eat sprouts, grilled chicken, broccoli, and sometimes a little bit of dal. This is all I have been eating repeatedly on a daily basis for several years," he said.

Eating two meals a day is part of intermittent fasting, which is followed by many other Bollywood celebrities, including Malaika Arora and Karan Johar.
