The shares of Wakefit are expected to list on the BSE and NSE on or about 15 December 2025. You can track any listing gains or losses on Kotak Securities.

If you did not receive an allotment in the Wakefit IPO:

• Refunds will be initiated on or about 12 December 2025

• The amount will be credited to your bank account linked to UPI

If you are allotted shares instead, they will reflect in your demat account by 11 December 2025.

The Wakefit issue, open from 08-10 December 2025 with a price band of Rs 185-Rs 195, will see allotment on 11 December 2025. Shares will be credited on 12 December 2025 if allotted on 15 December, and will list on 15 December 2025 on NSE and BSE.

Wakefit's Rs 1288.89-crore IPO subscribed 2.47 times overall, with retail investors bidding 2.97 times, QIBs 3.04 times, and NIIs 1.02 times by the close on 10 December 2025.

The IPO was open for bidding from 08-10 December 2025 at a price range of Rs 1008-Rs 1062 per share. Allotment is expected on 11 December 2025, with shares set to be credited on 12 December 2025 if allotted on 15 December.

Investor interest was high across categories, with retail investors subscribing 25.78 times, QIBs 269.64 times, and NIIs 204.42 times.

The Corona Remedies IPO, worth Rs 655.37 crores, recorded an exceptional overall subscription of 132.12 times by 10 December 2025, 5:15 PM IST.
