Varun Dhawan and Ahan Shetty take Metro Ride after losing way in Pune, call it an 'adventure'

Actor Varun Dhawan and debutant Ahan Shetty are currently busy filming for their upcoming film Border 2 along with Sunny deol and Diljit Dosanjh at the National Defence Academy in Pune. Amid their hectic filming schedule, Varun and Ahan took some time out to explore the city. But their outing turned into an unexpected "adventure" when they lost their way.

On Friday, June 21, Varun took to his Instagram Stories to share a lighthearted video clip capturing the moment. The video featured Varun, Ahan, and a crew member as they navigated their way through the impromptu detour. On a lighter note, he narrated the story of their adventurous day as they lost their way back to their hotel while they setout to explore the city of Pune.

He said in the video, "Guys, we are right now in Pune and we are pretty lost. So Ahan and I are getting on this metro and trying to get to our hotel. It’s been a crazy night. We’ll let you know if we get to our hotel soon.” He captioned the video with a note, "On a crazy adventure."

Ahan Shetty, son of actor Suniel Shetty, recently shared a video on social media, accompanied by a photo of himself and Varun Dhawan waiting at a metro station. He captioned the post, “On an adventure with Varun Dhawan,” giving fans a glimpse into their camaraderie during the shoot.

Border 2 is the eagerly awaited sequel to JP Dutta's film Border which became a huge hit in 1997. Sunny Deol, Diljit Dosanjh, Ahan Shetty, and Varun Dhawan are among the film's lead actors.

The makers recently announced that Diljit Dosanjh and Ahan Shetty have joined the crew in Pune, where the third schedule of the film is presently in progress. This project is a major turning point in Ahan Shetty's career because it is his Bollywood debut.

Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta are producing Border 2, which is directed by Anurag Singh. The movie is scheduled to have its big theatrical release On January 23, 2026.
