Prime Video recently unveiled the charming trailer for its Tamil Original series c, a heartwarming slice-of-life drama set in a remote village in Tamil Nadu.

Directed by Naga, the series is written by Balakumaran Murugesan and produced by The Viral Fever (TVF). With soulful music by MS Krsna, Thalaivettiyaan Paalayam beautifully blends humor and emotional depth, following a young boy’s journey as he adapts to life in an unfamiliar rural environment.

The series is set to premiere exclusively on Prime Video on September 20, 2024, available in over 240 countries and territories.

The eight-episode series stars Abishek Kumar as Sidharth, a city boy who must navigate the quirks and challenges of rural life in Thalaivettiyaan Paalayam. The show boasts an ensemble cast, including Chetan Kadambi, Devadarshini, Niyathi, Anand Sami, and Paul Raj.

As Sidharth adjusts to the village’s eccentric characters and social dynamics, the series explores themes of community, tradition, ambition, and empathy, all while delivering sharp dialogues and humorous moments.

Naga, the series director, expressed his excitement about the project, noting that the series blends humor with important themes of community and tradition.

He praised the talented cast and crew and shared his confidence that viewers worldwide would enjoy the show’s blend of emotions and entertainment.
